Agreement to Terms

By accessing ZdravaViz (zdravaviz.sk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Slovak Republic. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Our services are designed for individuals looking for science-based nutritional coaching and dietary planning. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Nature of Consultation

ZdravaViz provides nutritional education and dietary recommendations. It is vital to understand that our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We work with clients to optimize well-being through food, but we do not prescribe medication or treat clinical pathologies.

Participants are encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare provider before making significant changes to their diet, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking prescription medications. Any information provided by ZdravaViz is used at your own risk.

Client Obligations

To ensure the efficacy of our guidance, clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health history, allergies, and lifestyle habits. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in recommendations that are unsuitable or ineffective.

  • Provide truthful health questionnaires during the onboarding process.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful conduct during online video consultations.
  • Respect the scheduled consultation window to ensure service continuity.

Cancellation & Payments

Services are billed according to the current pricing listed on our Services page. Payments must be completed at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the rescheduling or cancellation of a consultation. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. No-shows are non-refundable.
